**Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?**
Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager and working closely with the Senior Leadership team, the New Business Manager with be responsible for identifying and delivering new business partnerships with commercial partners across Australia. By promoting Stratton Finance and our services, you will identify and delivery new commercial partnerships and drive diversification of our business into new asset markets. This is a new position to the business that will see you contribute to our B2B strategy, with the focus to on onboarding new commercial partners to grow B2C lead generation. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Target and build B2B referral sources from professional services, commercial industries, and other asset markets
- Own the B2B strategy, proactively acquiring new commercial partnerships and driving lead generation to brokers
- Engage in market research, develop business plans and strategies to penetrate new asset markets
- Develop formal business agreements with new business partners, contract agreements and onboarding
- Oversee API connectivity between business and key customers to drive more enquiries
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- Extensive RM or BDM experience including strategic planning, ideally in Financial Services or stand-alone position
- A sales mind set - ability to set goals and achieving on revenue generating activity
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills, ability to influence
- Experience and comfortable dealing with corporate customers, both face to face and over the phone
- Understanding of financial services and lending, including regulatory standards and compliance
- Strong business acumen - comfortable delivering strategic plans, presentations, business proposals and contract negotiations
