**The opportunity to join our team**
- As a Analyst in workplace client services, you’ll have your own portfolio of super plans and you’ll be tasked with objectives like contribution, withdrawal processing and monthly, quarterly and annual monitoring and reporting. You’ll deal with members around complex member enquiries, benefit plans and quotations and with Employers around contributions, reporting and general questions that arise.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Leader in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of accurate employer and member data and payments across various platforms and databases.
- Oversee and manage complex employer plans and client portfolios.
- Analyse complex data scenarios, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
- Execute data cleansing and reconciliation tasks.
- Coordinate and implement changes to enhance data quality and plan maintenance across different departments.
- Review and support the Data Integrity framework and operating processes.
- Work independently and collaboratively with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, prioritise tasks based on key deliverables, and approach problems analytically.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in an analytical or operations role within the Superannuation Industry.
- Extensive experience with system registries, interfaces, platforms, and financial data flows.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Defined Benefits (mandatory).
- Understanding of superannuation rules and regulations (mandatory).
- Knowledge of superannuation administration processes (mandatory).
- Knowledge of defined benefit superannuation funds (mandatory).
- Familiarity with ATO Superstream Data Standards (preferred).
