**Position Overview**:
As the National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, driving growth, and overseeing a team of Business Development Managers across the country. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Sales Leadership**: Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to a team of Business Development Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- ** Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, while adapting to changing market dynamics.
- ** Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- ** Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the company's market position and expand our network.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Implement effective sales performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor individual and team progress, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Business Development Managers, ensuring their professional growth and success.
