Owners Corporation Administrative Assistant

Part time position, approximately 2.5 days
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and distribute materials as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Owners Corporation documents, including contracts, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Weekly processing of owner's corporation invoices for payment
- Drafting of letters and other correspondence.
- Renewal of annual insurances, processing claims & other related insurance matters.
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Ability to confidently use Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Basic book-keeping skills would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 23.5 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
