Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Melbourne team. You will execute marketing activities across Collins Place including leasing campaigns, supporting the team communicate with their respective customers, events and activations and general asset marketing projects. The role has a strong focus on retail marketing and delivering customer focussed campaigns to drive foot traffic and maximise sales benefitting Collins Place retailers.

Please note this is a 15 Month Fixed Term Full Time Contract

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Articulate the Collins Place ‘place value proposition’ (PVP) being Melbourne Reflected in all retail marketing decisions and focus on the experiences of all identified audiences: current and future tenants, visitors and shoppers and inner-city residents.
To manage, drive and increase online and social media engagement for Collins Place precinct.
Partner with brands and/or organisations for activations that help Collins Place achieve retail and commercial success.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all retailers, Mirvac Head Office and Centre Management stakeholders.
Liaise and work with all retailers to understand what drives their business success and develop campaigns that help enable them to achieve their goals.
Develop, implement and deliver all activities in the marketing calendar ensuring campaigns are carried through all mediums (website/portal, social media, newsletters).
Review traffic flow reports, raise purchase orders and manage the marketing budget.
Liaise with security, cleaning and facility management teams to ensure events run safely and smoothly.
Initiate new opportunities to ensure marketing budget is appropriately spent for the year and set up measures to track ROI.
Assist the Retail Property Manager and Customer Service Manager with budgets and planning of marketing calendar and activations/event calendar.
Proactively update and maintain Collins Place website and the social accounts (Facebook and Instagram).
Build a subscriber base of retail customers on the website.
Develop and execute a retail monthly newsletter, in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
Manage and provide relevant content for portal newsletter, in collaboration with the Retail Manager and Customer Services Manager.
Manage the design and creative process for events and activations.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have Relevant tertiary qualifications, moderate experience in a marketing role in a retail environment, preference for experience in a mix use asset and strong commercial / financial acumen

Demonstrated ability to manage key relationships, proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship skills and an understanding of data analytics is essential

Finally, you will have exceptional leadership, people development, presentation and communication skills
