- Experience working strategically with a budget, knowing how to allocate marketing resources effectively?
- Examples of successfully executed campaigns, achieving organisational goals?
- Strong written and verbal communication skills?

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:

- High level of initiative with a proactive attitude, passion and integrity and willingness to take on additional responsibility, when required.
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and add value within in a team environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with program such as Mail Chimp, Meta Ads Manager _an advantage_
- Experience with image editing software such as Canva _an advantage _

A fantastic opportunity awaits you at Castiglione Arts and Culture (CA&C) We are looking for a key member of our team.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Planning the marketing strategy for a long term and touring project perspective for the exciting upcoming 2024-2025 programs.
- Hit the marketing and sales KPI for all the touring programs.
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of all aspects of the marketing, publicity and promotion of CA&C
- Scheduling of all marketing tasks and assigning team members to them to ensure they are executed efficiently.
- Leading and managing a team and creating a supportive and inclusive environment
- Developing, managing and coordinating projects and campaigns
- Liaising with key marketing stakeholders and managing relationships
- Research, development, planning and reporting
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotional activities
- Where possible, attending and participating in opening nights, media launches and other events
- Assisting in reporting to funding bodies, sponsors and other stakeholders as requested

About CA&C

Castiglione Arts and Culture (CA&C) began presenting the world’s greatest musicians to Australian audiences in 2015. Our goal has remained consistent since Day One: tour eminent artists that connect Australian audiences through a shared love of music, arts, and unique cultural experiences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Southbank, VIC 3006 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Southbank, VIC 3006: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
