A privately owned company that are experts in demountable building and structural steel building. Specialists in the structural steel components for single and multi-level pre-fabricated buildings for education, mining, accommodation and buildings in general.

**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Answering phones, booking and confirming appointments
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Create and update databases for personnel and financial
- Record and check timesheet for staff
- Make travel arrangements and prepare documents, presentation materials for meetings
- Set up meeting and take minutes

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in MYOB
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in Outlook/Word and Excel
- Excellent spoken and written English
