  • Certificate in Business administration or 2 years of industry experience

Position Summary :

In this role you will be provide administration support for the company. You will coordinate incoming and outgoing communications for the business, receiving incoming telephone calls for the organisation, You will also oversee email correspondence and assist in filing and documenting data. This role provides, greeting clients and visitors. You will take additional administration duties, answering inquiries for the general public, processing orders and data entry.

Key Requirements :

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • MS Office
  • Accuracy
  • Time Management skills are a MUST
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt.
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience
  • Highly desirable - inventory management, E-commerce or accounting software experience
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fast data entry skills

Job Responsibility :

  • Shared reception and greeting duties;
  • Processing incoming orders via various channels including;
  • Sales representatives
  • Website
  • Telephone
  • Email
  • Generating picking slips
  • Generating tax invoices
  • Sending proforma invoices to customers
  • Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Processing quotations for sales representatives as required
  • Generating excel invoices for customers
  • Maintaining & processing back orders as directed by Sales representatives
  • Daily stock movement reporting
  • Daily update in system for stock changes and pricing
  • Daily sales reports
  • Customer account maintenance
  • Processing new account applications, credit checks, ABN checks
  • eBay order processing and store maintenance 
  • Wordpress and MailChimp maintenance
  • Back up duties for accounts and order / invoice entry; and
  • Other duties as directed by management
