- **Duties**:

- Enter tax invoices accurately into JDE for three-way matching.
- Assist users with site queues and address vendor inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and generate payment files.
- Support month-end close for accounts payable and collaborate with the finance team.
- Utilise accounting software and ERP systems, generating required reports.

**Who are you?**
- Currently pursuing an accounting/finance-related degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a friendly and professional manner.
