**Concession Manager - Australian Menswear - Southland**

**Menswear Concession Manager - Myer Southland - base + sales bonuses and allowances.**

As a Store Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and growth of our brand.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your role will involve:

- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our valued customers.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Managing inventory levels and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and optimise store performance.
- Training and developing store staff to enhance their product knowledge, customer service skills, and selling techniques.
- Monitoring and analysing sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining store cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to company standards and policies.
- Collaborating with the regional management team to implement promotional campaigns and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
- Sound business acumen and the ability to analyse sales data and implement effective strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
