**Position Title**: Human Resources Manager

**Location**: Kolbe Catholic College

**Duration**: Full-time, Permanent

**Hours**: 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday

**About the role**:

Reporting to the Deputy Principal Staff, you'll lead strategic and operational Human Resource processes aimed at supporting the growth of every individual. Your mission? **Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Proactively support the college leadership team for people success.
- Provide accurate HR advice to managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
- Assist HR Administration Assistant with processes like performance reviews and teacher placements.
- Actively manage and resolve staff issues, including performance management and grievances.
- Oversee HR lifecycle processes from recruitment to exit.
- Identify and execute workforce planning needs.
- Manage talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Lead and mentor HR Administration Assistant to strengthen HR service delivery.

**Key Capabilities and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of CEMEA 2022 employee and industrial relations frameworks.
- Proficiency in human resources management framework and contemporary HR practices.
- Skills in grievance and issues resolution, including effective investigations management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
