Our graduate HR roles are designed to expose you to every area of the end-to-end process. You will be able to choose an avenue that best suits you, as well as taking on more responsibility and being mentored by some of the industry’s best human resources professionals.
Whilst supporting the corporate services team as well as the wider group, the HR team are a fun, high-performing bunch with a close-knit feel, we will mold you and challenge you to be the best you can be, we will encourage you to ask questions that challenge the norm and create dynamic solutions that benefit the brand and its people and stakeholders.
**Our Role**
As a Human Resources Graduate, you will work with the experienced HR team as well as neighboring functions in supporting end-to-end processes that service the wider group.
You will gain exposure to a variety of roles contained within the function of the business, whilst dealing with hands-on challenges that will require effective solutions. We will aim at developing you with a broader understanding of the strategic nature of this function and pair you with some of our best HR professionals.
Broadly speaking, you will gain generalist experience in many of the following activities that encompass Human Resources; talent management & recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, industrial relations, maintenance of personal records, the development and implementation of site-wide policies and procedures, staff training, and learning and development

We require that you have the following prerequisites:

- Having completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past 2 years, or due for completion by January 2024
- At least a 65-grade point average
- An Australian citizen or an Australian PR
