The opportunity:
We have a rare opportunity to join the Business Improvement Team who are responsible for accelerating AIAFS’ transformation and achievement of critical important metrics (e.g. NPS, conversion, productivity) through exceptional analysis of business problems (or opportunities), requirements gathering and solution design.

To do this successfully you will:

- Problem definition and validation
- Requirement gathering to build a healthy backlog for critical projects
- Solution design in consultation with technical teams (e.g. developers)
- Analysis to support business case development and prioritisation of initiatives and features
- Customer journey mapping
- Proven experience in business analysis, business improvement, process improvement, project management or similar roles
- Proven history of successfully delivering projects that improve the customer experience and / or deliver measurable financial benefit
- Proven history developing high quality project documentation and business analysis materials
- Proven history delivering technology changes using a structured technology change process
- Certification in structured project management methodology (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
