**The Opportunity**
- As our Business Improvement Manager your role will be to work closely with the Service Delivery and overall Operations team to capture high level requirements for process and system development and maintenance then translate into effective functional specifications, frameworks and work instructions.

As a key contributor to the Service Delivery Senior Leadership Team you will work to build improved engagement with other business units, driving a high performance environment that is “easy to achieve greatness” in. As an individual contributor you will identify opportunities to streamline product delivery, reduce operational overhead and improve customer experience.

**What you'll be doing**
- Identify and remediate business process gaps, areas for improvement and customer experience improvements
- Hold ownership for all service delivery process flows, system documentation and training documentation
- Provide a conduit for business needs to be elaborated and communicated to IT Business analysts for system development
- Provide business analysis and project management services to the broader operations team in the context of continual improvement
- Ownership of functional documentation both for users and system owners providing clear instructions on system capability, use and maintenance
- Leadership of Macquarie Telecom’s offshore Data Entry team

**Your ideal skills & experience**
- 8 years’ experience working in IT or Telecommunications operations
- Demonstrable knowledge of operations delivery processes in a services industry
- Business process improvement experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of operations delivery processes in a services industry
- Project Management experience
