**About the role at QBE**

Our Business Improvement team is growing, and we are looking for someone to join us during an exciting period of customer, operational and process transformation. As such we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Improvement Manager to join our team as we take on new challenges.

This is a pivotal role partnering with our business units’ stakeholders to identify and implement business improvement initiatives to improve customer outcomes.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Client/Investor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development - Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to support clients' long-term goals
- Project Management - Developing project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
