**Overview**:
We are looking for motivated and hardworking Admin Assistant and Data Entry Clerk willing to grow with our company to fill some of our administrative positions now. If you would like to have this opportunity for career progression and we will provide you full support & trainings.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer the phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member
- Accurate Data Entry Skills (receipts, expenses, accounts payable)
- Input renewal data and manage the renewal workflow process
- Assist the payroll Administrator with payroll admin tasks
- Interact with team members to verify & to clarify data
- Other administrative duties as required

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Good English communication skills (auditory, verbal, written, and reading) as required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) at an intermediate level
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as required
- Good organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- A commitment to excellence and a client-focused attitude
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to work independently
