About the Role


The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently gathering, researching, validating, and entering relevant data into the company's database and worksheets.

Responsibilities



  • Gather, research, validate, and enter data into the company's database and worksheets
  • Ensure all work data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using quality control methods
  • Provide general data entry support across various teams as needed
  • Other projects assigned by management

Requirements



  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Able to meet deadlines quickly and accurately while multitasking
  • Able to learn quickly and work proactively

Work Arrangements


The Data Entry Clerk will work 3 days onsite at our Sydney office and 2 days remotely. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM (less 1 hour lunch).

Compensation


The salary range for this position is $32-$37 per hour. This represents the expected compensation for this role.
