Administrative Services Clerk

The Administrative Services Clerk is a vital role in our small Administrative team. Tasks include assisting with daily office functions such as greeting customers, preparing mail outs, maintaining supplies, managing trades and accounts receivable. The role also requires attention to detail whilst working closely with our membership database ensuring data entry is kept up to date and accurate.
Communication is key, as this role requires attending to general membership telephone inquiries and correspondence regarding membership records.
The role is responsible for the administering the Association’s Scholarship scheme, ensuring the delivery of Association benefits, whilst assisting with the organisation of Exec meetings, PANSW conference and other PANSW events as required.
The Administrative Services Clerk role offers fundamental coverage to all aspects of the Association of NSW.
Pay: $60,487.00 - $69,791.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
