**About the role**:
This is a full time hours, temporary contract, with a potential for permanency. You will be joining the life insurance administration team, reporting to the Customer Support Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Entering & processing manual payments allocating to the correct Life Insurance policies
- Ensure members account details are verified and accurate on database records
- Work towards KPIs and targets and ensure adherence to compliance
- Perform high volume data entry
- Using multiple systems and procedures to complete data entry
- Confidentiality of client information and data
**Your skills & experience**:
- Must have previous experience in a data entry role
- Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to problem solve
- Be self-driven and also follow instruction
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Available Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
