**About the Role**
Oversee a nationally funded digital health training initiative in collaboration with CSIRO and HL7 Australia. The incumbent will work closely with the Digital Health Education and Workforce Development Lead to manage the program, contributing exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and understanding of stakeholder management and the Australian healthcare landscape to this high-profile initiative.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate education and workforce programs, managing resources and implementing program delivery.
- Prepare course materials, including online resources, handbooks, and schedules.
- Generate reports on program and learner performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, recruit instructors, foster positive relationships, guide participants, and contribute to team meetings for program improvement.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You exhibit a strong work ethic, exceptional organisational skills, and attention to detail. Your demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcases your adaptability in a changing work environment, proactive problem-solving approach, and an aptitude for identifying opportunities for program improvement.

You will also have:

- An appropriate tertiary qualification with substantial relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in project management of multi-stakeholder programs to meet the requirements of government funders, preferably in a university, research, or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating complex conversations and negotiations between multiple stakeholders from different disciplines and sectors.
