**About the Role**
The Sensitive Physical Examinations Program (SPEP) Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of teaching and learning activities of the program. The program is delivered as part of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) and to other medical schools within Victoria. The sensitive physical examination program offers a suite of tutorials utilising our highly trained Clinical Teaching Associates (CTAs) in breast examination, gynaecological examination and inguinal hernia, genital and digital rectal examination of a male CTA. The SPEP Coordinator is the first point of contact for the SPEP Programs for prospective and current clinical teaching associate staff as well as program clients and teaching staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage the development, provision and appraisal of program educational materials including curriculum content, staff training materials, HR & EHS guidelines and program specific policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver quality assurance activities, such as staff development workshops.
- Delivery of aspects of the tutorials such as communication skills training and demonstrations.

Coordination of staffing to meet delivery needs, including coordination of and participation in the recruitment of new CTA, in conjunction with the program Director.

You will bring strong communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders. You will excel in both working independently and collaborating for great teaching outcomes. Plus, you will showcase problem-solving and prioritization skills, handling challenges within flexible guidelines and tight timelines.

You will also have:

- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience within a similar role.
- Demonstrated excellent organisation skills and time management.
- Strong interest in working in sexual health environment and in coordinating teaching and learning activities.
