**About the Role**
In this central role, you will ensure the smooth operation of Academy programs by providing essential operational, administrative, and client service support. You will assist in the development and delivery of both virtual and in-person executive learning solutions.

You will manage all program-related activities, from planning to execution, while engaging with participants, providers, partners, and stakeholders. Your ability to foster productive and collaborative relationships is crucial, as you will be engaging with a range of Asialink Business stakeholders.

Based at the University of Melbourne office and reporting to the Associate Director of Strategy & Capability and the Head of Academy Programs, you will be integral to our mission of building an Asia-capable Australia. This role offers a practical and stimulating environment, perfect for someone passionate about advancing Australia's engagement with Asia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative and operational support for learning programs, including preparing materials, creating communications and promotional content, organising information, and drafting project plans.
- Coordinating logistics and venues to ensure programs operate within budget and comply with protocols.
- Developing and coordinating program briefs, participant registration, confirmations, and post-program communications.
- Supporting online delivery tools and processes, working with livestream providers, updating content on virtual platforms, and managing platforms/venues for online, hybrid, and in-person programs.

**Who We Are Looking For**
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Program Coordinator with a keen interest in Asia or Asia-Australia engagement. You will have a proven ability to manage the operational aspects of complex projects, demonstrating problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills. Relevant experience; or extensive experience in administration, program and project management, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Experience or growing proficiency in graphic design for promotional and educational materials, such as Canva and Adobe and video editing (please include images of promotional content you have developed).

You will also have:

- Excellent communication and digital skills are essential, as you will liaise with stakeholders across business and government.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM databases, and project management tools.
