This role would suit an experienced and switched Business Development/Partnerships officer, looking to advance their career within a rewarding and purpose driven environment.

You will be collaborating with a team to increase corporate partnerships alongside maintaining existing relationships and ensuring that revenue from these partnerships is sustainable to meet short-term and long-term goals.

**The role**:

- Assist the Fundraising Manager in supporting the implementation of the Fundraising Business Plan and Budgets
- Collaborate in the assessment and upkeep of industry-specific internal audit, quality, risk, and compliance processes, as per the organization's standard policies and procedures.
- Display conscientious management of all resources and a willingness to report any improper conduct in accordance with the organization's values.
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company's business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships, including developing marketing collateral, coordinating events, and managing communication with partners.

**Experience needed**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to attract and nourish new corporate leads
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and resilience
