**What's the role?**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Inside Sales Team The Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships through the effective use of our digital and phone-based interactions. Reporting to the Inside Sales Area Manager, your activities will primarily be focused on creating, maintaining, and growing the customer base.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Develop business and relationships with accounts nationwide to enhance company position in the market
- Grow the number of newly-buying customers within an allocated territory
- Achieve year-on-year sales growth within an allocated territory
- Work together to achieve the marketing objectives in line with the Company's target

**What you need is**:

- A systematic and driven approach to sales; with a sound ability to identify decision makers, business opportunities and create beneficially solutions
- Solution selling and customer centric approach to sale
- Fluent in Mandarin would be advantageous
- Experience as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving ability
- Component IT skills and Salesforce would be desirable
