**About the Role**:
You will join a support team of 13 other International Student Recruitment Officers who are extremely passionate about supporting our future international students and will guide and support you through your journey.

This role will be suitable to someone who will get a kick out of organizing information, problem solving, resolving issues, gaining good outcomes and supporting students in gaining their student visa’s.

**Duties**:

- Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring that all possible measures are taken to respond to their needs and requests in a timely fashion, disseminating accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders and ensure all enquiries are handled with tact and diplomacy.
- Establish and maintain positive and beneficial professional relationships with authorised education agent representatives providing staff with training and comprehensive information about institute courses, services and processes.
- Provide accurate and consistent record keeping and maintain student, course enrolment and education agent details within PRISMS and the Institute’s student management system and comply with Institute policy and procedures and external quality assurance requirements.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- A current Working with Children Check Card (Employee).
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an international education or higher education setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety communication channels including to people unfamiliar with the Australian environment or where English is an additional language.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders including staff, students and education agents.
- Demonstrated advanced organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to be proactive, successfully arrange priorities, meet deadlines, continually improve operational strategies and be self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
