As a Campus Brand and Recruitment Coordinator, you will build and strengthen our relationships with universities & tertiary education programs across Australia and New Zealand. Due to growth, we are seeking a Campus Brand & Recruitment Coordinator to join our vibrant team and assist with student placements and graduate recruitment of clinicians who truly help make difference in the lives of others.

**Our offices and team**:
This role will be ideally based in across the Eastern States. You will be able to work from one of our many offices and from home You will join a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate marketing team in a growing organisation. At Better Rehab we like to work hard, have fun and creativity is encouraged.

**About your new Role**:

- Foster relationships with universities across Australia and New Zealand to develop a pipeline of graduate recruits for our annual new graduate program.
- Organize attendance at university open days and career events both on and off campus.
- Explore avenues of promoting Better Rehab via lectures, webinars, advertisement of graduate program, speaking to societies and other platforms available.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage current and future student placements.
- Liaise with universities and head lecturers & program coordinators to provide student placements at Better Rehab nationally.
- Assist with the transition and offer of student practitioners with permanent graduate employment at Better Rehab.
- Build our marketing/digital presence on all student platforms.
- Identify digital areas for our brand to resonate with the community.
- Manage and measure Better Rehab’s social media channels with the support of the Marketing manager.
- Keep up to date with digital trends to contribute to recommendations and improvement opportunities.

**About You**:

- You will have proven experience in a similar role. We will consider backgrounds or industry experience across the marketing, communications, business development and/or the Allied health sectors.
- Experience in delivering marketing/recruitment projects with specified timelines.
- Ability to take direction and work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to advocate for the organisation.
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
- You are competent in stakeholder management.
- You are highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
- You use your initiative and are goal-oriented and driven.
