**About Us**

**Role Overview**
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting our consultants in delivering outstanding recruitment services. Your energy, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills will be key in ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Employer Branding**: Contribute to our branding initiatives by managing social media accounts (incl. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), posting job openings, creating weekly EDMs, and showcasing company culture to attract top talent.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to contribute to strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organising recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions. Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly and effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and operations, to ensure a holistic recruitment approach.

**About You**
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor Degree in Business/Commerce (Majors in Human Resources, Marketing, Office Administration) are highly encouraged to apply.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Retail or Hospitality is not essential, but highly regarded.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Office Administration is not essential, but highly regarded.
