We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate to join our team as a TAFE Services Coordinator at our Wagga Wagga campus. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service experience across various functional areas.

About the Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time role that offers a supportive workplace environment and opportunities to work collaboratively with local stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, including accommodation requests, supporting campus emergency management, and working closely with external stakeholders to set up events.

What You Will Do
  • Work collaboratively with training delivery, student services, facilities management, and corporate services to ensure excellent service experience
  • Manage multiple priorities, including accommodation requests and supporting campus emergency management
  • Build relationships and network with various stakeholders, including students, staff, and community members
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and experience. You should also have demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and in monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.

Salary and Benefits
