**The main responsibilities are**:

- Support the Managing Director to ensure your workforce understands the vision, mission and strategy and how they and their team(s) contribute to the achievement of our short and long-term goals.
- This role is “hands-on” so provide advice and administration support on HR systems, policies, processes and general Employment matters.
- Actively contribute to ensuring all people processes are effective and fit for purpose, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Guide and resolve employment issues.
- Work collaboratively with the MD to ensure the maintenance of accurate records on positions, job descriptions, remuneration ranges, and organisational structure charts and maintain our central databases.
- Work with external parties ie recruitment agencies to ensure you secure the best talent.
- Help onboard new employees to the business.
- Other ad hoc duties

**Selection Criteria**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar Human Resources capacity
- A degree or qualification is desirable but experience and a down-to-earth individual who likes to have fun
