**Description**:
**The Role**:
In this autonomous role, you will provide comprehensive generalist human resources support, which aligns with our corporate strategy and core values to our Sydney Operation based at Eastern Creek. With support from our Head Office in Brisbane, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of the Sydney site and be a key contributor to our success story, through providing onsite support to our manufacturing and contact centre teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Educate, coach and provide guidance to key stakeholders across the business, addressing performance and conduct matters, investigating complaints, WHS/Injury Management and compliance.
Manage and resolve employee relations matters in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
Facilitate the recruitment process for all site positions, including advertising, preparing position descriptions, coordinating pre-employment screening, managing applicants, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating the induction process.
Participate in identifying learning and development needs and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with employment provisions of relevant awards and legislation.
Implementing National People and Culture strategies and projects at a site level.
**About You**:
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience as an HR Generalist in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in partnering with business/leadership teams to implement HR strategies to meet business objectives.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to deal effectively with a broad range of people at all levels in business with exemplary interpersonal skills.
Capacity to plan, organise, multitask and manage time effectively.
Ability & desire to work autonomously.
