Look no further Our client is one of the largest providers of services to the Poultry industry across Australia. A rare opportunity has become available for a talented **HR Manager** to join and lead a growing company in Sydney's South-West.

**About the role**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update HR policies, ensure they comply with laws, and inform employees about them
- Set KPIs, write job descriptions, and help with company restructuring
- Guide managers on employee performance and development
- Develop and run the new employee induction process
- Handle all hiring activities with the direct manager
- Support the company with employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and rewards
- Create HR and payroll reports for the executive team
- Advise on legislative changes, workforce planning, and skills development

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years in HR management with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Ability to travel between sites
- FMCG industry experience highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
