**About the role**
**Main tasks**: Oversee and expand a portfolio of resellers, distributors, and laboratory customers across the north and south American region.

**Other tasks**:

- **Travel** to meet with and present face-to-face with customers in your territory
- **Prepare** regular activity and performance reports for management
- **Maintain** call cycles with potential and existing customers
- **Utilise** the CRM and other software to ensure relevant details are recorded for future reference.
- **Act** as a product expert offering details, stock status, pricing, and delivery details to clients
- **Process** orders and manage inbound customer enquiries
- **Coordinate** with other business divisions to ensure customer expectations are met
- **Attend** industry and networking events, conferences, and meetings as required

- Demonstrable success in business-to-business sales
- The ability to both generate new business opportunities and work with existing customers
- Experience within manufacturing, mining, laboratory, or a related industry

- Completed studies in business, marketing, geology, or chemistry
- Active networks of relevant contacts in the target market
