**Supporting customers and internal sales team**
In this role you will be resbonsible for providing excellent support to our customers and sales team. You will be the interface for our Australian and New Zeeland customers as well for the management.
Your area of responsability will be broad and besides sales support and general office administration...
your tasks will include the following:
- Order handling
- Invoicing
- Office administration
- Order acknowledgments
- Purchasing
- Customer service
- Follow-up quotations
- Prepare quotations when required from a price list
- Control and review of the local KPIs
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data
**Support the business to maintain a high customer satisfaction**
You will be part of a highly skilled and tight team on our office in Melbourne, working closely together in an open and straight-forward climate.
We want to stay on the frontline of new technologies and need to have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service.
To be successful in this role, you are more than capable to organize your work and make priorities in line with the company´s strategy. You will be the one in the frontline to customers and the interface towards both internal and external parties. Therefore, you will need to communicate with ease and take accountability for your actions and responsibilities.
Moreover, we believe that your resume comprises:
- Fluency in spoken and written and spoken English
- High school degree
- Experience within back office admin
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Understanding the sales process cycle
- Analythical and structured
- Service minded and collaborative
