- The Practice Manager - _**AMCO**_Financial Planning_
- **Position Overview**_
- This is a support position in a leading Wealth Management Practice that has been operating for over 28 years._
- On a broad level, the position provides support and inspiration at all levels within both the Tax and Financial Planning practice of _**AMCO**_._
- **Responsibilities**_
- _Responsible for liaising and greeting clients visiting the practice._
- _Complete various Administrative tasks as delegated including organizing appointments etc.._
- _Update client management systems, including accessing records as required via The Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and Xero._
- _Update marketing materials and financial planning / tax practice business development._
- _Ensure records are promptly updated, i.e. minutes from meetings, lodgement of documents and processing banking etc._
- _Maintain reception and company profile in line with _**AMCO**_ _standards and assist Snr. Professionals at _**AMCO**_ _deliver exceptional service to long standing clients._
- _Assisting with accounts receivable duties._
- _Lodgement of documents with the ATO and ASIC _
- **Qualifications / skills**_
- _Ideally degree qualified or studying Finance, Tax or Social Media (Financial Support provided)_
- _Min 3 Yrs experience in a similar position_
- _Excellent verbal and written skills, Strong attention to detail and Client service orientated._
- _Ability to use computer systems and proven track record in fast learning and development_
- _Ability to manage competing priorities, active listener, calm & empathetic_
- _Self-motivated and accountable to personal and professional development_
- _A desire to learn and progress to Snr. Financial/ Administrative / HR or Marketing role within a leading Wealth Management Practice_
