**Job Type**: Part-time with Full-time potential (Commission-based)

As a Cosmetic Receptionist at Medpro, you will play a crucial role in our client-centric approach to aesthetic services. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual who can make our clients feel at ease, understand their needs, and recommend suitable cosmetic packages while exceeding sales targets. This role is commission-based, which offers an exciting opportunity to earn based on performance and sales success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultations**: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their cosmetic needs, concerns, and objectives. Provide expert advice on available treatments and packages.

**Sales and Package Promotion**: Effectively communicate the benefits of our cosmetic services and packages to clients. Utilize your knowledge of cosmetics to recommend tailored solutions that meet their individual goals.

**Customer Experience**: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Ensure they have a positive and memorable experience at Medpro Cosmetics.

**Meet Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through package sales and upselling services.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.

**Documentation and Follow-Up**: Maintain accurate client records and follow-up on inquiries and leads to convert potential clients into satisfied customers.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure a seamless client experience, including appointment scheduling and treatment coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- A background in cosmetics and a knowledge of cosmetic procedures, products, and industry trends.
