We are looking for a superstar Dental Receptionist for a Full Time position in our busy dental clinic.

You have a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and patient care. You possess exceptional communication & organisational skills with a passion for efficient task & time management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide patients through their treatment plans.
- Liaise with patients and co-ordinate treatment & finance.
- Answer incoming calls, scheduling & managing appointments using dental software (knowledge of D4W preferred but not essential).
- Verify patient insurance, update records & collect payments.
- Manage patient workflow & treatment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a dental setting.
- Knowledge of dental software preferred, especially D4W.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
