**What your work will involve**
The People & Learning Administrator, internally known as the People Assistant, provides support to Big Fat Smile employees across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development to employee exits. The position also assists the wider People team with administrative tasks and HR projects.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience. The role allows you to become an integral part of a team that values your contributions and offers room for growth.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or other relevant field (desirable)
- Previous recrutiment experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Outstanding customer service skills with a ‘can do' attitude
- Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
