We are seeking driven and vibrant Fund Administrators to join our Benefits team You will join a supportive and lively team with processing benefit payments from our Superannuation clients, and ensuring the benefit payments are maintained with legislative limits and Trustee requirements.
This role is perfect for anyone who has recently graduated from High School, or anyone wanting to start their career in Superannuation - no experience required
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Workflow Actioning of workflow documents- Indexing of outgoing correspondence via workflow and Document Manager- Preparing benefit payments for processing (including Departing Australian Superannuation Payments/Financial Hardships/Compassionate Grounds/Death)- Process member account updates- Processing benefit payments and switches- Checking completed simple benefit payments- Responding to client enquiries within agreed SLA
