**About the Role**
IRT Academy is seeking a RTO Administration Manager to join the team in Wollongong. Reporting to the Group Head of IRT Academy, this role ensures the smooth running of the RTO adminsitration operations while delivering a high qaulity experience for our students.
- Manage the RTO administration operations ensuring the operating function supports the strategic direction of IRT Academy
- Manage the RTO administration operations to deliver high quality student experiences
- Act as key representative for funding contract operations & RTO administration compliance
- Oversee the IRT Academy LMS operations, improvements and effective operations to ensure high levels of student and client/customer satisfaction
- Maintain relationship/s and liaise directly with providers to ensure service levels meet IRT Academy requirements
- Oversee and provide administration services that ensure effective and efficient use of organisation systems and processes
- Manage data flows to ensure quality reporting measuring RTO performance against metrics
- Act as key IRT Academy representative to the to the development of RTO operations improvements
- Contribute to the ongoing communication and engagement activities of the business unit
- Seek out and recommend operational innovations that support IRT Academy strategic plans
- Lead new technology solution implementation programs
