Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Specialist to manage our document management system (Aconex) and provide general project administration support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the building and construction industry or a similar field. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality, occupational health & safety, and environmental procedures.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing, and archiving of documents and drawings received.
- Controlling project documentation using industry-standard systems and assisting with QA coordination.
- Preparing monthly and other reports as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of [est. salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum] annual salary, depending on experience.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the building and construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate at all levels of the business.
- Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and willingness to learn new software packages.
