The Administration Team Leader/Support Officer is responsible for providing professional, competent and high level administrative to the Paediatric Services at Wollongong Hospital including management, clinical, corporate and project support. The position provides administrative support to the Head of Paediatrics, Nurse Unit Manager and Staff Specialists.
The Administration Team Leader/Support Officer also has the responsibility of Team Leader to the administration staff in the Paediatric Outpatient Clinic and will coordinate administrative systems and procedures to enable the department to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable, professional and efficient manner.
