**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client is a statutory office that assists injured workers resolve disputes with insurers.

**About the Role**
This is a fabulous opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their growing team in Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 10-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative support services to the team to achieve organisational objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Work within a high-volume transactional environment
- Capture, process and lodge accurately information into the system
- Scanning and uploading invoices for payment
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Answer enquiries providing timely and accurate responses
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate as required
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision making outcomes
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathetic nature with remarkable interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, driven with a great work-ethic
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite and TRIM

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated Administration, Data Entry or Records Management experience
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
