We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and hardworking Receptionist/Office Administrator to provide a high level of customer service and administration support at our busy Head Office in St Leonards. This is a unique opportunity for you to work in a role which offers lots of responsibility and variety.

**Benefits**:

- $60,000 to $70,000 plus superannuation (dependent on experience)
- Permanent Full-Time role
- Become an expert and the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Welcoming visitors to Vitalis Health and Home Care
- Organise and implement the administrative functions across all areas of the business, with a particular focus on general document management
- Office Management including liaising with building management, office service providers and organising office repairs as required
- Coordinating catering and assisting with events
- Various data entry to support our various nursing teams

**Who we are looking for**:

- Prior experience working as a Receptionist or Office Administrator is essential
- Computer literacy with all Microsoft office products (an understanding of Sharepoint would be an advantage)
- Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective correspondence with clients and colleagues
- A people person with a positive attitude and a can-do attitude.
