MindBox Psychology is a well regarded busy clinical psychology private practice with ten Psychologists and Speech Pathologists providing specialised treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of psychological conditions.
**This is an exciting opportunity to support a team of clinicians who make a difference in their clients' lives.**
We are seeking an empathic, enthusiastic, well organised, and efficient individual to join our team, providing general practice management, reception and administrative support in a variety of areas.
You will need to have exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, be well-presented, have an excellent phone manner and have a ‘can do’ attitude, with a willingness to multitask and take ownership over a stimulating range of office administration tasks.
This role, which reports directly to the Director, involves front-of-house reception duties and varied tasks to support and enhance the running of the practice. The role is supported by two other receptionist staff.
**The role involves**:
- Adding to policies and proceduresPreparation and processing of client documentation
- Overseeing and advising strategies that will enhance the operation of the practiceSupport for business director and other clinicians
- Managing registrations for webinars, and online sales of webinar products
- Support for marketing activities including social media
- On-boarding new clinicians
- Training and management of other reception and admin support staff
- General office duties including scanning, photocopying, faxing, and mail
- The role provides rewarding opportunities to assist the clinicians to help their child clients with social anxiety build their communication with new people.

**To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Friendly, outgoing, warm, and confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working around children
- Positive attitude towards work and high level of self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Have a natural ability to solve problems
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm whilst dealing with competing demands in a busy office environment
- Excellent computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Time management, organisational skills, prompt, and reliable
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to confidentiality of client information
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of team
- Interested in assisting with marketing, including social media and website editing
This position would suit a parent returning to the workforce after a period of looking after a family, or someone committed to a career in reception, administration, and management. This position is not suitable for those seeking a career in as a psychologist due to the priority of administrative excellence, although an interest in mental health is helpful.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
