A fantastic opportunity is available for a Casual OR a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our energetic and enthusiastic team at Get Active Physiotherapy. We have two very busy clinics in St Leonards, and we are looking for someone with a bubbly personality and great people skills.

You will be the first point of contact with our clients so you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to process payments and book further appointments on our practice management software.

Attention to detail and good time management skills are required to maintain a high level of service for both clients and therapists alike.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- First point of contact for the practice via the phone and/or face to face
- Creating appointments
- Practice diary management
- Taking payments and generating invoices
- Daily data entry
- Liaising with various health administrative bodies
- General administration tasks

Essential criteria:

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage banking
- Good phone manner
- Dedicated work ethic and positive attitude
- Well-presented and friendly
- Experience with MS Word and Excel

Desired but not Essential
- Skills related to IT and Social Media
- Experience working in a health care setting
