**About this role**:
This renowned architectural firm is a leader in innovative design and cutting-edge projects. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exciting project that will shape the urban landscape of Melbourne. In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive support to the Practice Director, Chief Project Officer, and Executive Staff. You will also be responsible for managing office administration and overseeing third-party providers to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate meetings and appointments with client teams.
- Manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Reception duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
- Maintain office, including ordering office supplies.
- Type and format various documents, such as reports, letters, proposals, and marketing materials.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Competency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
- Previous administrative/office support experience, preferably in an architecture, construction, or design-related office.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Industry knowledge and experience (desirable).
