Reporting into the National Sales Manager you will have full ownership and accountability for managing customers within your territory; providing a consistent, science led and value
- added service for Clinicians that support best treatment outcomes for patients.
The territory we are recruiting for in New South Wales is:
- NSW South (including Canberra)
**_ Do something that moves you._**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan using data driven insights to achieve sales results, drive value and deliver growth
- Leverage face to face as well as digital/omni-channel tools to deliver a customer-centric and personalised experience
- Derive actionable insights from analysis of territory data and create an action plan based on these insights
- Work in partnership with Bayer commercial, medical and sales teams to analyse performance and deliver objectives in line with strategic objectives
- Maintain a high level knowledge of Bayer promoted and competitor products as well as keeping up to date with new treatment options for patients
**_ Does this sound like you?_**:
- Proven experience and success in a field based Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
- Strong technology proficiency as well as being open to trying new tools, technologies, and channels to engage effectively with customers
- Proven experience and capability with CRM systems and sales analysis tools
- Tertiary qualification in a related field
- Renal, Diabetes or Cardio-renal therapeutic area experience (preferred)
- Adaptable, tenacious, and agile with a curious mind and appetite to continue to grow and develop
- Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders.
- A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding selling, account management and influencing skills.
