**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Curriculum Development Coordinator to join a highly collaborative team within the Academic Support Office, providing crucial support to the cyclic delivery and activities of the Faculty’s degree programs.

Located at the vibrant Southbank Campus, the position will ensure a high-level of integrated support for the Faculty’s coursework curriculum, interacting with Academics and key stakeholders across the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music. This represents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the quality of teaching within the Faculty.

Supported by the Student and Academic Programs Manager, the position will provide leadership to a small team of Curriculum Development Officers to ensure the timely delivery of a number of key processes required for the effective administration of the Faculty’s degree programs with a key focus on curriculum development planning.

Leveraging their strong leadership and interpersonal ability, the role will work proactively within the Academic Support Office to provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate curriculum development and revisions administrative support for the faculty, including curriculum and handbook maintenance and data configuration
- Research and provide policy to academic staff regarding curriculum matters
- Ensure the provision of high-level executive support and advice to the faculty’s curriculum governance committees including agenda preparation in consultation with the chair and committee members, minute taking and the proactive resolution of action items
- Plan and coordinate integrated communications to faculty staff (academic and professional) regarding curriculum development timelines, processes and initiatives
- Lead the development of process documentation and mapping for the faculty’s curriculum development and approval processes
- Provide high-level analytical support and advice including coordination of relevant data and reporting

**Who we are looking for**
We're in search of a highly motivated, dynamic team member with demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership experience in prior positions held.

A high degree of initiative and self-management to deal with the range of projects and tasks involved is critical to the role, and the ability to be self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities throughout the academic year.

Ideally, you will have an understanding, or desire to learn about, Higher Education curriculum development processes and policies and the capacity to operate in a creative arts environment.

You will be a leader, and team player with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in achieving the objectives of the team.

You will also have:

- A degree with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high-level organisation skills including the capacity to set priorities and work to deadlines in a busy and changing environment with competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team working environment and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Technical expertise in general computing and information systems
