**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Curriculum Development Officer to join our dynamic team at the Academic Support Office. Supported by the Curriculum Development Coordinator, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of all faculty coursework academic programs.

Working within a collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of crucial processes required for the delivery of the Faculty’s degree programs. This includes contributing to committee approvals, processes, and services, as well as liaising closely with staff across the Faculty and University Services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with outstanding administrative, interpersonal and relationship management skills to become an essential part of our team. You will collaborate seamlessly with academic and professional staff to provide high-level academic support and exceptional customer service, helping us achieve our team's objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide high-level executive support for curriculum governance committees including agenda preparation in consultation with the Chair, minute taking and the proactive resolution of action items
- Support academic staff with the provision of policy and curriculum development resources
- Contribute to high-quality and timely service provision to key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent approach to service and administration delivery across organisational units
- Working collaboratively with work units across the faculty to achieve high-quality outcomes

**Who We Are Looking For**
We're in search of a highly motivated team member with demonstrated administrative experience within a tertiary environment.

A high degree of initiative and self-management to successfully contribute to and deliver a range of projects and tasks is critical to the role, and the ability to be self-motivated and agile in responding to changing work priorities.

You will also have:

- Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in university administration
- Demonstrated capability for multi-tasking, effective time management and prioritisation of competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to undertake Executive Officer responsibilities in supporting committees
- Analytical and problem-solving skills as evidenced by ability to identify needs and develop solutions to staff and student queries
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an adaptable team member and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail
