**The Role**:
**The Duties**:
Some of your actual duties will include.
- Manage the entire events calendar and scheduling.
- Coordinate all aspects of various events and provide creative advice to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and conducting daily meetings to track progress.
- Create event brief including all event requirements including catering, AV etc.
- Assist with marketing and promotional material for various events.
- Review, analyse and report on the success of events.
- Manage the event booking system.
- Other duties as required.

**The Requirements**:

- Strong proven experience in a similar position with strong experience in managing event timelines and requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, create and report on events.
- Excellent organisational skills, coupled with the ability to meet key deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and action opportunities and leads.
